If you could have only one pot/pan for cooking, what would you choose?
When I was at Big W in my first few days here, the answer for me became obvious. A Wok. I’ve been pretty satisfied, you can cook on the bottom like a frying pan or boil water, and it’s also large enough to manage most anything. The one pitfall is not having a top, which makes boiling take longer — but more importantly, makes it very difficult to strain things like pasta.
